2. Do you offer specific scents for businesses (sole property)?

We work with many types of businesses and can recommend scent solutions based on what has worked well for similar clients such as pet care, doctor's offices, hotels, retail stores, etc. If you need an exclusive (personalized) scent for your business, we can also help you design the unique fragrance that represents your brand identity.

3. How long does an order take to deliver?

Please allow 5-7 days for order processing.

Standard delivery typically takes 5-8 days.

Customers outside the US or with non-contiguous US addresses (APO/FPO, Guam, Hawaii) may experience longer delivery times.

4. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Due to our fulfillment and ordering process, we cannot guarantee any changes or accommodations once an order is placed, including alterations or cancellations.
